Discover the "why" behind Bilingual Bridges

What is Bilingual Bridges?

Bilingual Bridges is on a mission to bring high-quality,  immersive, online instruction to the fingertips of language learners everywhere. Our doors were opened in 2017 by a small team of committed teachers who were frustrated by the continued lack of bilingual and second language resources in their schools. From teacher shortages and limited access to quality curriculum, to widespread insensitivity toward the needs of language learners – students were struggling to keep up.

Today, the Bilingual Bridges team has expanded  across four continents, and has decades of combined experience teaching in elementary, secondary, and university classrooms. We work alongside schools, nonprofits, and families to deliver customized, online instruction to language learners of all ages.

We now offer live, online classes in a variety of areas, including: ESL, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French, Mandarin Chinese, reading, writing, math, and bilingual tutoring.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Bilingual Bridges developed a one-of-a-kind blended learning program, called Cloud Learning, that caters to the language and academic needs of K-12 English and Spanish learners. Cloud Learning hosts 50+ self-paced ESL, Spanish, and bilingual academic courses, a bilingual read aloud library, and live, online classes. Through this combination, students are able to master academic skills in two languages, while further developing their second language skills.
