Luis is a native Spanish speaker and grew up in the beautiful country of Cuba. He holds a BS in Science Education, a PhD in Higher Education, and holds teaching licenses in Spanish and chemistry from the state of Oklahoma. He has taught at the high school and college levels for more than 25 years, focusing primarily in: science, computers, math, and education courses. In addition, Luis has worked with young students from 5 different countries, including: Angola, Ethiopia, Venezuela, Cuba, and the United States.
